- The BNSL's 1,000 sq. ft. of open "flex" space is perfectly suited for incubation and technology accelerators. The area can be easily remodeled to accommodate anywhere from six to eight cubicle offices, meeting areas, and/or lab space. The area is internet/phone ready with adequate connections for multi-use.
- With the availability of 3,000 sq. ft. of high-bay space and 1,100 sq. ft. of lab space, the BNSL is readily equipped to accommodate any client's needs from light manufacturing to lab space to general office space.
- The BNSL provides assistance to access funding from federal, state or local government sources (SBIR/STTR, RCIC, etc.), angel investors, or venture capitatlists.

Focus Areas

- The BNSL and its host of partners in academia, government, and industry/business are collaborating and joining their core competencies to focus on MEMS/NEMS packaging applications, including design and development (hardware and software), as well as technology commercialization. The BNSL has dedicated a MEMS/NEMS packaging technical support facility at their Santa Teresa facility. The BNSL will be at the forefront of MEMS/NEMS commercialization activities by bridging this technology to various applications such as automotive, telecommunications, a biomed. The BNSL is promoting the effort to make our border region internationally renowned for research, innovation, product development, and technology commercialization from micro- and nanotechnology.
